What delivery options are there?
Yes, it's true, shipping is free of charge! The average delivery time of our products is between 2 and 14 days.
During public holidays and busy periods, it’s possible that the processing and delivery of your shipment may experience some delay. When you do not receive your order within 30 days, we consider your order lost in transit and we will offer you a solution. We aren't responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes and cannot determine the duty fees for each country; please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. There is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.
Changing or cancelling an order
It ain't possible to change or cancel your order after you receive an order confirmation.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You can return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. We only accept returns when the purchased goods are unused and show no signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable as indicated on their respective product pages.
Please note: personalized products or sale items cannot be returned, unless the product is deemed faulty!
How does the return process work?
Please send an e-mail to telling us you are returning your order. We'll then provide our return shipping address where return packages will be inspected. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive the package. We will refund the order within 7 days of receiving the returned purchases.
